How many diapers will an infant go through before potty trained?
My daughter is expecting a baby girl in March, considering she's going to be a single mommy I'm trying to help by buying diapers, I'd like to supply her with at least a six month supply. I've already bought 2 packs of the tiny infant diapers, and I mean the BIG packs, I think that will be enough until the next stage, so far I have 6 packs of the next size. Do any of you have a better idea of how many diapers it will take the average baby to six months?? Thanks a lot!!
I'd estimate based on an average of 8 diaper changes a day.
8x30x6=1440 diapers in 6 months
Do be careful with the sizes, though- babies grow on their own growth curves. My guys were big and grew fast, so we never used the newborn size diapers at all.
