While opting for a designer prom dress, one has to be pretty confident that it will show her off at her best. I was wondering if me and my son should wear a dresss suit to a new church that we are going to visit.
We go to a small country church. The women/girls wear dresses and the men/boys wear jeans or dress pants. It's nothing dressy at all. But some people who attend the churches near us do wear the dress suits.
You could let your son wear a pair of khakis and a button-up shirt or sweater and you could wear a nice dress. That way you wouldn't be over-dressed and wouldn't be under-dressed either.
